There were roaches in the room, mouse dripping and stains left in the toilet. Hair in the shower drain too. It was the worst place I have ever paid for. The management would not refund my money when i asked. Never suggest this hotel again!

Nice lobby.

A bit disappointed because the there is used pillows in the bed - we know its used because there are hair on it when we arrived. Also, the wifi signal in our room is not good.

Very close to the Laus Center which was my main destination. Hotel room size is comfortable. There is drinking water & Ice available in the hotel floors. There is a nice mini garden. The staff are friendly.

Cable tv was not working on day1 of our stay. Bed is old and not comfortable. You can hear movements at the adjacent room.

Location is good, near the center and establishment.

Bad experience on cleanliness! Coffee set on my room (particularly teaspoon) still has coffee stain from previous guest. It is not yet cleaned! There are also visible dust which i need to transfer since I have allergic rhinitis. Breakfast is expensive, yet it is only a pancake house menu.

We had to ask for coffee and shampoo. Not provided when we first entered our room.

Accessibility. Courteous Front Desks Staff ( Jenny etc ) , Good Housekeeping. Everyone was helpful and approachable.

No restaurant on site. No shuttle service even though listed on booking.com. Arrived at 9am I know early couldn’t get room till 1 pm. That’s ok.Paid for 3 nights but left after 2 days personal reasons but not flexible in refund. Very difficult to get transport to shopping centre as there wasn’t a shuttle service even though advertised, was told due to availability. If wanted food had to walk to 2 or 3 shops or get food delivered, should be restaurant on site. Had to rely on grab taxi to get anywhere even the shopping centre

The room is very clean including the bathroom. It's also spacious and well organized.

The lobby looked dated and bare.The check in and check out wait times are longer than 10 minutes.

The location was great - just a few minutes from the Expressway offramp from Baguio. The room itself was spacious. It was also near some eateries which was a bonus.

Location is near malls, very convenient. The staffs are accommodating. The rooms are clean, decent.

The accommodation was very good,the staff were very good,nothing was too much trouble to help.

The coffee supplies were very small and also the cups ,the kettle also.

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

First room was on 2nd floor and we could hear every step taken in the room above us. Extremely annoying. (The hard flooring in the rooms was a big mistake, IMO.) After an hour of that, I requested a different room with no one occupying the room above and the staff agreed to the change.

the aircon was not functioning properly, it was so hot the whole night, plus the aircon is so loud, unable to sleep comfortably

I liked the room even if I didn't get the one I ordered, and there is a great pool area. Though they can be noisy in the corridor, the staff is generally friendly.

They have an inadequate reservations system because, a week before my visit, I did not receive the accommodation I had reserved and was informed that it was no longer available.The lady in the reception told me that they will move me to the other room I originally reserved and just wait until the housekeeping is done cleaning, but at the end they will not let me move. It’s not really good.

The location is a little off the main road. Breakfast is by the nearby Pancake house. We did not know there was a simple complimentary hotel breakfast in the hotel dining area as well as it was not mentioned when we checked in. The guards at the entrance were very courteous and very attentive, assisting us everytime we enter and left the building, ensuring we had parking and always greeting us.

The reception staff was either new or not very familiar yet. We stayed for 2 nights and paid in full when we arrived. Only to be asked to pay again the following day as they made a mistake of charging only for one night.

Friendly staff. The room is spacious. Beds are queen size. Facilities smells good

The noises at night. We can hear the guests, & the housekeeper's walking and talking too loud inside the room. The giant ice maker near the elevator is too loud at night especially when your room is near the elevator. We had to request to be moved to a different room to get some sleep. Other than that, the hotel is small, but the rooms are spacious.

Exceptionally poor breakfast, they literally might as as well do nothing. I’m talking “a single slice of watermelon and a single slice of toast,” literally an insult and provocation to the idea of breakfast entire. I was grumpy, hungry, and irritable all day driving back to Manila because of their “breakfast,” that couldn’t even aspire with a straight face to the already much-hated label “Continental.”

Incomprehensibly terrible location, with absolutely no way to get to it but off of one road and one direction only, in a district totally devoted to car dealers, and you have to drive between two car dealers on a totally unlabeled road to get there, it took me three tries.
